Mike Merritt, owner, president, and master craftsman of Unity Builders has over 20 + years of construction experience.  After attending Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska, he began working for various home builders and remodelers throughout the midwest and Texas before settling in Sioux Falls.    After settling in Sioux Falls, he managed projects for a large, reputable developer and construction company focusing mainly on tenant improvements.
